After conceptualising a few different approaches, i filtered it down to two styles. A typographic lockup, or geometric shapes. I finalised the font selection to Trade Gothic and Mr Eaves, giving the leading and kerning room to breathe, with a slightly wider stretch on the letters. In the end the client opted to go for a black and white logo, and save the blue and orange for the rest of the brand.

Where Needed you could introduce colour blocks to support.
Photography and Copy
Minimal and short headers with a focus on contrasting colour were applied. The aim is to create a heading style that didnt distract from the imagery, but was strong. With buyers predominantly driven by renders and, eventually photography, this should be the main attention, the overlay and geometric shapes allow for a sense of brand ‘togetherness’
Assets
I was also assigned the task of creating initial assets for the brand. Such as websites, brochures, promotional videos, banner ads, eDMs. You can check out the Augustus Park Multisite Here which i designed and developed myself.
